When faced with dealing with high volume waste and the challenges of high volume processing of multiple material types, it is essential that the equipment you specify satisfies the rigorous demands of this unique environment.

Autobaler have many years of experience in the management of waste with a multitude of successful installations for clients both within the public and private sectors including local councils through to major Plc organisations.

We do not supply a one-size-fits-all solution. All our projects within waste management start with a concept design, full site survey and then we progress to providing custom designed AutoCAD drawings. Our team manage the full integration, right through to installation, commissioning and ongoing servicing, and maintenance.

At Autobaler, we only supply the very highest specification equipment and machinery, enabling your operations to continue with the minimum amount of maintenance and involvement other than standard operation. This leads to increased efficiency, greater throughput of waste and far reduced downtime.

Our experience is proven and evidenced by the references we can provide from existing major waste management clients who rely on our support for their ongoing project requirements.

A baler tends to be the single most important piece of equipment in a MRF. When selecting a baler, the key is to ensure that it will provide sufficient baling capacity, as well as produce bales that meet market requirements in terms of size, density and weight. If there is only one baler and it becomes disabled, the entire sorting process can be compromised.
